The poem "Who Look at Me" was written by June Jordan almost fifty years ago. I am struck by how relevant her message remains today despite the passing of nearly half a century. In pairing my images with her text it is my hope that the message of acceptance of one's self and others will continue to chip away at the ignorance and hate that continues to pollute our society. Who look at me? How do I look at others? In June Jordan's words, "We answer with our lives. Let the human eye begin unlimited embrace of human life."
